Erica's 2 cents ... Allyson designed and baked 20 mini wedding cakes for Noah's parents' 40th wedding anniversary. We gave them as favours and the guests were blown away. The cakes turned out absolutely amazing! I sent her a copy of the invitation and she created a beautiful cake design from it. Everything she does is completely handmade and the cake is delicious too! She is extremely talented and is really fun to work with. I would highly recommend her.

UPDATE in Feb '08: We just had Allyson do a 3 tiered cake for Chase's first birthday and another cake for Erica's birthday, both individually designed for the specific birthday girl ... they were AMAZING! Party guests were blown away with the detail - it is really more art than cake. And it is delicious too!”
