Having trained at the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy (CTP), I practice pychodynamic psychotherapy, a therapy that encourages the exploration of conscious and unconscious emotional issues. This exploration gives us the chance to ask questions about ourselves and identify patterns of behaviour that keep us from fully relating with ourselves and others.

My private practice is currently located at the Park Road Healing Arts Centre located at 28 Park Road (Yonge and Bloor).
