Born and trained in Bari, Italy, he moved to Canada in 1982 and continued his culinary training in Vancouver. With a focus on seafood, veal and pasta Chef Moschetti uses the best quality meat, chicken and seafood and all stocks, sauces, marinades and vinaigrettes are prepared fresh in the kitchen. And pasta is prepared al dente–as it should be. Inside, the aromas denote the blending of traditions from southern Italy with the freshest ingredients available on the West Coast. Vita Bella also offers a great selection of wines from British Columbia and Italy, the perfect complement to a meal.
Perfect venue for private parties, business luncheons, family gatherings to celebrate birthdays, baptisms and anniversaries.
Gluten free pasta is available, there are many vegetarian dishes to choose from, and other food sensitivites can be addressed. Wheelchair accessible, lots of free parking near by.
