Rob HyndmanTechnology and Startup Lawyer
If you are starting a technology business in Toronto Rob should be the first person you call. His knowledge of, and passion for, the business of technology is astounding. For us (GigPark), Rob took all of the legal process which can bog a startup down (partnership agreements, incorporation procedure, trademarks, etc...) and made it completely painless. He has also been a valuable adviser and a thoughtful critic.
Beyond his legal and business advice, Rob is a connector in Canada. Many times he has put me in contact with people who have helped GigPark along the way.
