I don't use Freshbooks because I don't do any invoicing ... but if I did, I would use Freshbooks. I know someone who uses it and I hear great things. If you are a freelancer or service provider, Freshbooks will save you time and make your small business look professional. Plus, you can try it for free.
Freshbooks' CEO, Mike McDerment, is a buddy of mine and he told me that their customer referral rate is at 99%, up from 98% a year ago. Now that's good word of mouth!
