VERY responsive customer service, at all hours of the day and night. I've never had such good customer service in my 10+ years of using a web hosting company.
Technically, I have no complaint. There is nearly no downtime and they are very communicative during the rare moments when there are problems. They are also communicative about upcoming changes or minor outages.
My only minor complaint is some data was lost during the transfer from my old server and didn't have a great experience getting help trying to recover it... but other than that, I have had nothing but a very positive experience with Fused Network.
