I think the West End YMCA is an amazing place to get in shape and have fun while doing it!. I have been working out there since i was 14yrs old and i am now 17 and a bit; the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the locker facilities are very state of the art and very very clean, we have some truly amazing janitorial staff there who literally work their butts off to keep the enviroment pleasant for all members. the relaunch was a great success, and they did it all without raising the prices!. I know pretty much everyone who works their from the receptionists to the lifeguards to the fitness instructors, and i can tell you that they always treat me like family. the length swimming on weeknights is very comfortable for me as the same people have been attending for years, all familiar faces and i always love meeting new people! :).

I would personally recommend the West End YMCA to ANYONE who wishes to step their gam eup physically or just enjoy a laid-back atmosphere where they can focus on their own strengths and socialize with some truly amazing members and staff.
