Now that we've closed on our new home I can finally recommend Marian!
Marian is a great real estate agent. She took the time to understand exactly what we Rosalynn and I were looking for which meant she didn't waste our time showing us places we didn't like. She was also forceful enough to push us to reconsider some things - like the condition of the houses we were prepared to look at. This meant we ended up looking at some cheaper houses that needed renovating - and one of these is what we ended up buying.
Marian also offered a very pragmatic POV when we were looking at homes. She would point out the lack of cupboard space, the noisy road, the low basement. It definaitely never felt like she was pushing us to buy something and we really appreciated that!
