Arlene was a nanny for a friend's cousin for three years and took care of two babies there. She has three kids of her own in the Phillipines. She works full time during the week but is looking to pick up babysitting hours in the evenings and on weekends. We now have a full-time nanny so we don't use Arlene as much but she's great.
